1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering on the JL24 platform — whether through the website at jl24.vu or via the JL24 mobile app — you confirm that you have read and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and JL24.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform. Continued use of JL24 following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To register and use JL24, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a JL24 employee.
• You must not have a previously suspended or banned account on JL24.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

JL24 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If we have reason to believe a player does not meet the eligibility requirements, we may suspend the account and hold any funds pending a full review.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is a violation of these terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, JL24 may ask you to submit a valid government-issued ID and proof of address before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features. This is a standard security measure, not a penalty.

Your account login credentials are personal and confidential. Never share your password with anyone. JL24 staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances. We recommend enabling OTP verification for added account security.

4. Deposits

All deposits on JL24 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). We support local payment methods including GCash, Maya, online banking via Instapay and PESONet, and other Philippine bank transfers. The specific payment channels available to you will be shown at the time of deposit.

Deposits must be funded from a payment account registered under your own name. JL24 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, and any deposit identified as coming from a third party may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

• Deposits are generally credited to your JL24 account within a few minutes of confirmation.
• JL24 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Cryptocurrency and credit cards are not accepted as deposit methods on JL24.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered under your name. JL24 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal is approved, your account must pass KYC verification. This typically involves submitting a valid government-issued ID such as a PhilSys card, passport, or driver's licence, along with a selfie for identity confirmation.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe stated on the Withdrawal page.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of request.
• JL24 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts.
• Winnings derived from bonuses may be subject to specific wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.

6. Bonuses and Promotions
